A two in one dumpling press. Press it on rolled dough to cut a round wrapper, then add the filling, close the press and it folds and crimps the edge for you. Good for dumplings, potstickers, ravioli and small empanadas.
- Material: food contact grade PP plastic (as stated by the supplier)
- Size: about 11.2 x 7.9 in (28.5 x 20 cm)
- Tip: if an edge does not seal, wet it lightly with water; a little flour on the press stops sticking
- Care: Rinse off the flour in warm water and let it dry
